We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Sales Administrator to join our Sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare sales reports, customer data sheets, and performance summaries
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery of orders
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, pricing, and availability
- Maintain up-to-date records of clients, products, and pricing in ERP or CRM systems
- Support the sales team in promotional activities, pricing files, and product launches
- Assist in tracking sales targets and team performance metrics
- Follow up on pending payments or delivery issues with clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to sales transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales administration or coordination role
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry is required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales systems (ERP/CRM)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
