We’ve run over 36,000 A/B tests, helped clients like eBay, 3M, and O’Reilly boost revenue, and we’re on the hunt for a Senior Analytics Expert to build our analytics function from the ground up — starting as a hands-on individual contributor and evolving into the leader of a small analytics team.

We’re looking for 2–3 Junior User Researchers to join our growing research team. You’ll work closely with our Senior User Researcher, supporting them in every stage of the research process and eventually taking on independent projects as you grow.

What You’ll Do:
 

• Take detailed notes during user interviews and research sessions
• Assist with creating and analyzing surveys
• Help run usability testing sessions
• Organize research findings in Google Docs and shared folders
• Create basic reports and highlight reels to share insights with the team
• Learn user research best practices from our senior team members
• Gradually take on independent research tasks after training
