Job Summary

dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents. We operate in 38 countries and 136 airports globally.

To perform aircraft Weight and Balance documentation activities for flights departing from Dubai Airports and Outstations and optimise aircraft space utilisation and fuel uptake

In this role you will:

  • Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  • Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Implements day-to-day operations assigned and ensures compliance with established standards and procedures
  • Reviews and releases weight and balance documentation using the system including loading instruction report, and load and trim sheets in line with safety and legal requirements
  • Communicates with the Captain, Customer Flight Operations and respective airlines to provide the required information for fuel weight figures on flight closure
  • Reviews last minute changes and incorporates them on load sheets to be delivered to and signed by the Captain via the system (ACARS)
  • Updates and reviews the load information regularly in line with the respective airline requirements
