The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for operating and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring systems operate efficiently to maintain optimal environmental conditions for animal health.

Responsibilities

1.     Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, ductwork, and cleanroom ventilation. 2.     Ensure environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure differentials) comply with GMP and cleanroom classification standards.
3.     Monitor and calibrate HVAC system controls and automation (BMS).
4.     Support qualification and validation activities for HVAC and related systems.
5.     Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and maintenance records.
6.     Collaborate with quality, production, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth facility operation.
7.     Participate in energy efficiency projects and system upgrades.
 

Requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
   
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC Maintenance
   
• Specialization in clean room maintenance & operations
   
• Ability to work with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
   
• Hands-on experience with utility boilers, compressor pumps, and cold stores
   
• Strong problem-solving skills
   
• Experience in animal health industry is a plus
