Job Summary

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Oracle HCM certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

 

 

 

 

 

Experience

 

 

 

 

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a techno-functional Oracle EBS HCM Consultant in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications or large enterprise sector.
  2. Proven expertise in the development and support of Oracle HCM modules including:
    • Core HR
    • Payroll
    • Absence Management
    • I Recruitment
    • Learning Management
    • Performance Management

 

 

 

 

 

  • Skills and abilities:
  • Strong technical knowledge in:
  • PL/SQL, SQL
  • Fast Formulas
  • Oracle Self-Service (SSHR) configurations
  • Form & SSHR personalization
  • BI/ML Publisher reports
  • EIT/SIT setups
  • Workflows and AME setups
  • User Hooks
  • Solid experience in:
  • HRMS functional analysis and documentation
  • End-to-end data migration activities with high accuracy and governance compliance
  • Managing system integrations with internal and external systems
  • Troubleshooting and providing scalable HRMS solutions
  • Preparing user documentation and delivering end-user training
  • Designing and optimizing HR processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
