Job Summary
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Oracle HCM certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a techno-functional Oracle EBS HCM Consultant in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications or large enterprise sector.
Proven expertise in the development and support of Oracle HCM modules including:
Core HR
Payroll
Absence Management
I Recruitment
Learning Management
Performance Management
Skills and abilities:
Strong technical knowledge in:
PL/SQL, SQL
Fast Formulas
Oracle Self-Service (SSHR) configurations
Form & SSHR personalization
BI/ML Publisher reports
EIT/SIT setups
Workflows and AME setups
User Hooks
Solid experience in:
HRMS functional analysis and documentation
End-to-end data migration activities with high accuracy and governance compliance
Managing system integrations with internal and external systems
Troubleshooting and providing scalable HRMS solutions
Preparing user documentation and delivering end-user training
Designing and optimizing HR processes and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
