Position overview:
The aim of this role is to meet the challenge in the field of the Company sales and Customer Service objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitoring the daily / weekly customers deliveries.
- Prepare and share daily sales reports.
- Provide weekly stock position updates to customers.
- Address the updated customers monthly forecast and agreeing with customers
- Monitor stock levels, including slow/non-moving inventory and cans availability, and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Bi-monthly face 2 face meeting with the customers.
- Utilize SAP to manage sales orders, monitor stock levels, track deliveries, and support reporting and planning activities.
- Monitor and ensure timely customer payment collections.
- Collaborate with the Logistics team on export operations and documentation.
- Coordinate with central graphics team to manage can design changes, approvals, and timelines according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholder’s to ensure customers’ claims are addressed appropriately and timely.
- Work closely with Supply Chain on production planning and demand alignment during SIOP meetings.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and sustained business growth.
- Acts as the key interface between our customers and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
- Regular customers visit to maintain strong relationships and have deep understanding of customers' businesses, markets, needs, and expectations.
- Continuous update on the customers performance by size and category.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support the onboarding of new customers.
- Prepare professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders to communicate key updates, performance metrics, business plans, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare, review, and manage customer contracts, ensuring all terms are aligned with company policies and negotiated effectively.
