Manager, Specialist Sales Transfer Solutions
Overview
Develop and execute a market strategy for Transfer Solutions Products across EEMEA countries. This role will involve strategy creation, business development including new investments, strategic alliances, developing bespoke solutions to drive domestic relevance and managing & deploying existing partnerships and commercializing existing assets to establish MasterCard brand leadership in the payment space.
Role
• Develop and execute market strategy aligned with the regional and global Mastercard Transfer Solutions strategy
• Proven track record of business development and global product management in multiple countries
• Strong technical and business background
• Deep knowledge about multiple stakeholder management
• Experience for negotiate, execute and manage large customer commercial relationships and agreement processes with clients
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills - extensive experience in communicating in international environment at senior management level.
• Developing bespoke solutions to develop ecosystem infrastructure build
• Develop region specific Product/sales strategies to help drive sales of transfer solutions products and associated Value Added services
• Conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts and provide design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development
• Develop new partner/alliance relationships and maintain and strengthen existing partner/alliance relationships Managing Platforms team for day to day business
• Dealing with multiple stakeholders for technical and operational tasks
• Designing economics of the business for EEMEA countries
