To lead the development and execution of Emarat’s enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring that IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies are aligned with the company’s long-term business goals. This role will drive digital transformation by establishing a unified architecture vision, enabling efficient operations, innovation, and scalable growth.
Responsibilities: Enterprise Architecture Strategy
Define, maintain, and evolve the enterprise architecture roadmap in alignment with business priorities and transformation goals.
Establish architecture principles, policies, and standards across all IT domains (applications, data, technology, and infrastructure).
Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies that support digital maturity and operational excellence.
IT Alignment & Optimization
Align IT capabilities with business strategies by mapping technology solutions to core business functions.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reduce complexity, and optimize technology investments.
Support long-term planning by advising senior leadership on technology implications of business decisions.
Governance & Frameworks
Implement governance structures and architecture review processes to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.
Promote the use of standardized platforms and integration methods to streamline operations and increase agility.
Establish KPIs to monitor architectural effectiveness and track adoption across the enterprise.
Collaboration & Advisory
Act as a strategic advisor to IT and business leaders, guiding solution design and project alignment with architectural goals.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
Mentor technical teams on architectural principles and promote knowledge-sharing across departments.
Technology Roadmaps & Innovation
Develop current-state and future-state architecture models that guide modernization initiatives.
Lead assessments of technical debt and define decommissioning strategies for outdated systems.
Promote innovation by introducing modern technologies such as AI, cloud computing, IoT, and automation where relevant.
Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
