The position’s overall objective is to effectively direct the activities of the Supply Chain / Manufacturing Services Area at Egypt CMA. In this role, you will strive to achieve the financial and operational goals quantified in the factory's business plans.
What will you do?
- Plan, organize and direct all Purchasing activities to ensure all materials related to production and non-production items are available in a timely manner
- Plan, organize and direct all activities related to Production Planning on the basis of the domestic sales forecast to ensure production requirements are scheduled in accordance within product specifications and overall strategic plans. Plan, organize, direct all activities for the timely delivery of material from the storage facilities to fulfill the production schedule. Lead and maintain NPD process and activities for EGP3
- Plan, organize and direct activities of the Warehousing areas to provide adequate storage and placement of component materials and finished goods while maintaining an optimized inventory
- Implement policies for the continuous improvement of quality, productivity, delivery and operating costs relating to materials planning purchasing, storage and transportation
