Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Multi-Cloud Solution Architect (Presales) for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Development: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure multi-cloud solutions tailored to specific client requirements. This includes selecting appropriate cloud platforms, services, and integration strategies.
- Presales Support: Act as the technical lead in the presales process, working closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain deep technical expertise across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related technologies, including cloud security, networking, DevOps, and data management. Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud trends and best practices.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges and technical requirements, and articulate the value proposition of the proposed solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proposal Development: Contribute to the development of high-quality proposals, including technical write-ups, architecture diagrams, and cost estimations. Ensure proposals are technically sound, competitive, and address all client requirements.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all proposed solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards (e.g., NCSC guidelines, GDPR, data sovereignty requirements). Demonstrate a strong understanding of these regulations to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and engineering, to ensure seamless handover of projects and successful implementation.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the multi-cloud space, specifically within the UK public sector.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as writing white papers, blog posts, and presenting at industry events.
