In this role, you will be responsible for leading Motorola smartphone sales across North Africa, managing revenue and profitability targets. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the business strategy, driving growth through strong partnerships and market execution
What you'll do:
- Manage and grow relationships with major distributors and large-format retailers across North Africa.
- Drive achievement of all commercial targets including revenue, volume, profitability, new partner acquisition, and key account development.
- Own and lead the sales strategy and execution across the region—ensuring end-to-end accountability for results.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with Lenovo’s growth and market share ambitions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—retail, product, logistics, operations, and marketing—to:
- Build go-to-market strategies for product launches
- Tailor product portfolio to local market needs
- Align with and promote global business priorities
Reporting Line:
- This role reports to the Sales Director, Mobile Business Group MENA, and is based in Egypt.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in the smartphone or technology industry.
- Proven track record in high-volume sales environments and driving performance in retail-focused businesses.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to grow revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Experience working in complex matrix organizations with strong time management, team collaboration, and self-leadership skills.
- Fluency in Business English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Strategic mindset combined with innovation and entrepreneurial drive to identify and implement new business opportunities.
