Experience & Background:
- 2–3 years of successful experience in direct sales or tele-sales/marketing.
- Familiarity with the IT/Technology sector, especially PC hardware and services.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and convert leads into deals.
- Experience with channel partner/customer management (resellers, distributors, end users).
Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent presentation and digital communication skills.
- CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Analytical thinking and planning skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and structured work habits.
- Flexibility, creativity, and resilience under pressure.
- Ability to work independently, but still have a team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute beyond individual targets.
