As a Operational Excellence Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating current operational processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This role will focus on enhancing team performance, fostering a culture of safety, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. How you’ll make an impact

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ensure compliance of operational processes with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Create and maintain documentation related to operational processes and improvement initiatives for clarity and compliance.
• Provide training and support to staff on best practices, continuous improvement methodologies, and safety protocols.
• Facilitate workshops to enhance team awareness of operational excellence principles and promote a safety-first culture.
• Develop performance metrics and reporting systems to track progress on improvement initiatives and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure all team members are engaged and informed.
