About The Team/role

The Operations Intern will support the daily execution of demand initiatives, working closely with the Operations Analyst and Manager. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll be...

 

  • Execute Operational Campaigns: Implement rider engagement campaigns on the system as directed by the team, ensuring timely and accurate configuration.
  • Data Interpretation: Support in analyzing campaign results and performance metrics to extract actionable insights and inform future initiatives.
  • Marketplace Monitoring: Assist in tracking real-time marketplace dynamics (supply & demand balance, pricing competitiveness, etc.) and escalate observations as needed.
  • Support with Routine Tasks: Help with operational data entry, system tagging, and backend configurations in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and driver teams to ensure aligned execution of ongoing initiatives.
