We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager focusing on the management of the property’s operational aspects within the Property and Facilities Management department. The ideal candidate wu for a conscientious and driven Operations Manager to join our thriving Property Management team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing the operations of a property.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all activities of the operational subcontractors (security, cleaning, fire, pest control, landscaping, and others)
- Cooperate with other departments (e.g. financial, marketing, technical)
- Liaise with tenants, to manage their ongoing operational and technical requests.
- Manage the operational part of service charge budget and prepare recommendations for improvement.
- Provide operational data, analysis as required to by Department Head
- Manage proper handovers of the Units and any systems from or to Tenants and other users, and contractors.
- Manage all ongoing operational issues to ensure smooth and continuous operations of the property.
- Controlling & ensuring tenants compliance with provisions of their leases e.g User, Building regulation, repair & maintenance, health & safety.
