Support Cluster DPM in ad hoc requests (uploads, orders)
Management of logistics budget & realize productivity for bottom line contribution.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensures stock availability at all times in all locations through
Strong In-transit tracking and follow up
Fast customs clearance in line with country’s requirements with mitigation when faced with challenges
Strong collaboration with distributors to ensure expedited in-stock process and stock availability in all branches
Communicate to internal and external stakeholders operations updates with stock picture, operations tracker, improvement plan and results, .and any new development benefiting to or impacting the business
Customer orders management which incl. but not limited to receipt, review, process & archive
Order reconciliation process with distributors as per assigned markets to align order quantities, capture actions on received, planned or open quantities.
Follow up monthly on expected orders dispatch with supply planning
Always ensure accuracy of the system (R3) with a monthly validation process to match with master file
Manage complaints product returns, damages and claims
Tracking of shipments, follow up of customs clearance up to delivery customer warehouse
Effectively communicate with internal & external stakeholders on orders status
Drive continuous improvements in operations process to deliver efficiencies
Deploy tools for tracking of shipment from supply points to destination country
Maintain records for assessing improvements in shipping & clearance lead times to improve time to market
Communicate updates on clearance on weekly basis with status & root cause analysis of shipment/clearance delays & actions/support needed.
