Job Summary

  • Lead Generation – Research companies and contacts that match the partner’s Ideal Customer Profile and build accurate prospect lists.
  • Outbound Outreach – Use email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate contact, nurture interest, and secure introductory calls.
  • Discovery & Qualification – Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand needs, assess fit, and advance or disqualify prospects.
  • CRM & Handoffs – Keep records current in HubSpot and coordinate smooth handovers to account executives.

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of remote SDR/BDR experience in B2B professional services.
  • Demonstrated success turning outbound activity into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Skilled in cold emailing, concise personalized outreach, and objection handling.
  • Proficient with modern sales-engagement and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Fluent, professional English communication.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
