We are seeking a proactive and organized Community Manager to oversee and manage the collaboration between our team and a network of content creators. In this role, you will serve as the main link between our clients, internal teams, and creators, ensuring the smooth execution of content-driven campaigns based on client briefs.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between content creators and the internal team.
- Receive campaign briefs from clients and communicate the requirements clearly to content creators.
- Identify and select suitable content creators based on campaign goals and target audience.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals throughout the content production process.
- Review content submissions for alignment with the brief before sending them to clients.
- Collect client feedback and ensure revisions are communicated and implemented effectively.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with content creators and ensure a smooth collaboration process.
- Track and report on campaign progress and content delivery timelines.
