As a key member of the Nokia NI Delivery & Operation organization, you will play a vital role in our Global Customer Engineering team, delivering end-to-end IP transport professional services. Your expertise will guide network design, solution validation, and implementation, ensuring seamless customer network acceptance. Collaborating closely with Product Line Managers and Project Managers, you will translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables, driving innovative solutions throughout project lifecycles. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IP transport professional services, including network design, validation, implementation, and customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with Product Line Managers to clarify service requirements, assess feasibility, and estimate costs during the offer phase.
• Provide technical support throughout project execution according to Statements of Work (SoW) and collaborate with Project and Technical Managers.
• Produce high-level and low-level designs for DWDM and DCN networks, ensuring compliance with network performance specifications.
• Organize and execute field measurements and laboratory tests to optimize network performance based on traffic trends and forecasts.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer audits and complex problem-solving in multi-vendor environments.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to create Method of Procedure (MoP) documents for complex integrations and transformations.
• Deliver design-related professional services on-site or remotely, including support for network migration and transformation projects.
