The Personal Assistant (PA) to the General Manager (GM) will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the smooth operation of the GM’s daily activities. The role requires exceptional time management, excellent communication skills, and discretion while handling sensitive business and personal matters.
Job Location: Hurghada, Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide conceptional and administrative support, assist with the production of reports, emails, presentations and other general support work as required.
- Manage and maintain the agenda of the GM by scheduling meetings and conference calls, and arranging appointments with internal staff and external clients to optimize the use of time.
- Communicate with clients and other external parties when required.
- Manage special organizational and research projects.
- Organize and coordinate various meetings and events to ensure all required materials and catering requirements are provided.
- Other personal and administrative duties as required.
Sensitive Data Management & Confidentiality:
- Handle and process confidential business data, including financial records, personnel information, and strategic reports.
- Ensure strict confidentiality in handling sensitive documents and communications.
- Maintain and secure digital and physical files in compliance with company policies.
Travel & Logistics:
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Ensure smooth logistical support for conferences, business trips, and events.
- Coordinate worldwide travel arrangements supporting the organization (e.g.; Visa processes, travel and logistics needs, etc.).
