Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably within financial services or capital markets.
• Experienced in Project Business Analysis and requirements gathering and understanding.
• Familiarity with Cash Equities, Fixed Income, and brokerage operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, Visio, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• PRINCE2, or PMP certification.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Management Office in managing and tracking project portfolios.
- Assist in the Project Business Analysis and maintenance of project documentation, including charters, timelines, risk registers, and stakeholder reports.
- Monitor project milestones and escalate risks or delays to the PMO Lead.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and action items.
- Ensure adherence to internal project governance frameworks and industry best practices.
- Generate regular dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with teams across Egypt, UAE, and other regions to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the PMO.
