Job Summary

The Portfolio Development Lead is responsible for driving the strategic development and optimization of Coca-Cola Hellenic's product portfolio in Egypt. This role supports the commercial team in achieving volume, financial targets, market share, and shopper metrics through innovative portfolio strategies. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to address consumer needs across different channels and ensure the effective execution of portfolio initiatives.

 

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities:

  • Portfolio Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of portfolio strategies in alignment with business goals, ensuring the brand’s portfolio meets local consumer and market needs.
  • Category Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain category roadmaps to ensure the portfolio is aligned with market trends, consumer behavior, and business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Insights, and Supply Chain teams to drive portfolio initiatives and maximize market impact.
  • Market and Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities and recommending adjustments to maximize volume, financial, and market share objectives.
  • Innovation and Product Development: Lead the development of new products and innovations within the portfolio, including business case development, ideation, and launch planning.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and execute operational plans for portfolio activities, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across all functions.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including Coca-Cola partners, to align brand priorities, objectives, and execution plans for the portfolio.
  • Consumer and Shopper Insights: Assess consumer behavior, shopping missions, and consumption occasions to inform portfolio decisions and ensure relevance in the market.
  • Commercialization Support: Lead and support the commercialization process, aligning different workstreams and task forces to ensure effective implementation of portfolio strategies.
  • Category and Brand Innovation: Drive new category and brand innovations, collaborating with the commercialization team to bring innovative concepts to the market.
