Role and Responsibilities
· Technical Presales Support:
· Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
· Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations.
· Address client technical inquiries and provide in-depth explanations of proposed solutions.
· Solution Design & Architecture:
· Work closely with internal teams to design end-to-end solutions, focusing on integration, BPM, and SDLC best practices.
· Define the technical architecture, components, and integration points of proposed solutions.
· Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities.
· Effort Estimation & Technical Evaluation:
· Engage with the technical team to challenge and validate effort estimations for development and implementation.
· Review project scope, timelines, and risks to optimize the delivery approach.
· Ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
· Proposal & Documentation:
· Prepare high-quality technical proposals, solution overviews, and architecture diagrams.
· Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical input.
· Create whitepapers, case studies, and other technical marketing materials.
· Stakeholder Engagement & Client Interaction:
· Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements.
· Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Technology (PoT) activities.
· Act as a technical liaison between sales, clients, and internal teams.
