Job Summary

The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large to mid-size corporates, and commercial clients (SMEs), and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally

 

We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Transaction Banking Product Implementation team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in banking.

 

This position is for UAE National applicants

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • To assist in the management of the cash and trade finance product implementation process, promote utilisation of e-channels and resolve customer issues to ensure successful product implementation, increased e-channel revenue and achievement of agreed customer service metrics
  • Manage the product implementation process of won deals under Corporate and Investment Banking Group (CIBG) portfolios for cash management and trade finance to ensure implementation is conducted in line with agreed service standards
  • Implement approved testing, assisting in customer acceptance testing and complete UAT sign off to ensure launched products function correctly and meet customer requirement
  • Provide product and technical advice and guidance on new cash management activities to customers, relationship, product and sales managers in order to assist them in the effective utilisation of cash management products
