• Handling the assessment of Contractors claims, including time impact analysis (TIA), delay analysis, and disruption claims.
• Lead and manage all project controls functions, including planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and oversee earned value analysis and performance metrics.
• Generate progress reports, forecast trends, and provide strategic input to mitigate risks and improve project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, client reporting standards, and internal controls.
   

About You

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated claims experience (required).
• 7-10 years of experience in project controls, with at least 3 in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, PCS tools, and claims preparation techniques.
• Proven experience with EOT submissions, disruption claims, and forensic delay analysis.
