Internal Inspections & Audits
Participate in regular internal inspections across departments to ensure compliance
with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) planning.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely closure and verification of action plans.
Improvement Projects
Support the identification, planning, and execution of quality improvement and
operational efficiency projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor project outcomes and
identify trends.
Act as a liaison between clinical/technical teams and quality management to ensure
alignment and clarity in improvement objectives.
TQM Activities
Assist in maintaining and improving the QMS (Quality Management System).
Support documentation control, SOP development, and process mapping activities.
Participate in training sessions and awareness programs to promote a quality culture
across the organization.
Assist in inspection readiness activities (e.g., FDA, ISO).
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to
work collaboratively across teams and communicate project outcomes clearly and
effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent).
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in clinical practice, dental labs, or a quality
related role in the dental/medical field.
Preferred: Exposure to quality standards, regulatory audits, or improvement projects
(e.g., ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma).
Languages: Fluent in English; strong technical and professional communication skills
