Internal Inspections & Audits
 

Participate in regular internal inspections across departments to ensure compliance
 

with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
 

 Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) planning.
 

 Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely closure and verification of action plans.
 

Improvement Projects
 

 Support the identification, planning, and execution of quality improvement and
 

operational efficiency projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
 

 Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor project outcomes and
 

identify trends.
 

 Act as a liaison between clinical/technical teams and quality management to ensure
 

alignment and clarity in improvement objectives.
 

TQM Activities
 

 Assist in maintaining and improving the QMS (Quality Management System).
 

 Support documentation control, SOP development, and process mapping activities.
 


 

Participate in training sessions and awareness programs to promote a quality culture
 

across the organization.
 

 Assist in inspection readiness activities (e.g., FDA, ISO).
 

 Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to
 

work collaboratively across teams and communicate project outcomes clearly and
 

effectively.
 

Requirements

Qualifications:
 

 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent).
 

 Experience: 2–3 years of experience in clinical practice, dental labs, or a quality
 

related role in the dental/medical field.
 

 Preferred: Exposure to quality standards, regulatory audits, or improvement projects
 

(e.g., ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma).
 

 Languages: Fluent in English; strong technical and professional communication skills
