HiCareer is helping a remote-first SaaS company hire a QA Specialist to strengthen their product quality processes. The company builds internal automation tools used by small and mid-sized teams globally, and has a strong focus on product speed, reliability, and end-user experience.

You’ll join the Engineering team and work closely with product managers and designers to test new features, catch bugs early, and ensure a consistent user experience.

🎯 What You'll Work On

• Manually test new features and improvements before release
• Reproduce and document reported bugs
• Maintain and improve regression test checklists
• Help streamline test documentation and QA processes
• Collaborate with product and dev teams to raise quality early

🚀 Focus Areas for the First 6 Months

• Take ownership of manual QA process for one product area
• Build out a lightweight regression test suite in Notion
• Identify common issues and propose improvements to QA flow

✅ What They're Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in QA, product testing, or support roles with technical exposure
• Comfortable testing web-based software (across devices/browsers)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document clearly
• Good communicator and confident working async
• Bonus: Experience using tools like Linear, Notion, or Postman

🌍 Setup

Remote-first company with team members mainly across EMEA. You’ll report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with cross-functional product squads. CET ±3h preferred.
