You will lead Coty’s eCommerce agenda across the Middle East and Africa by building data-driven Joint Business Plans and scaling our online footprint across key platforms. You’ll manage retailer partnerships, lead commercial negotiations, optimize assortment and promotional strategies, and unlock new business opportunities in a dynamic and competitive market.

Grow key online partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading e-retailers and platforms in MEA
- Organize and lead top-to-top (T2T) meetings, aligning on strategic and tactical plans
- Negotiate win-win Joint Business Plans that drive growth for Coty and its partners
- Champion Coty’s presence across eCommerce channels, ensuring premium brand visibility
Lead data-driven commercial planning
- Utilize traffic and sales data to reverse-engineer performance and optimize strategy
- Analyze promotional effectiveness and create impactful campaign plans
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust in real-time to maximize ROI
- Drive efficiency through effective trade term enforcement and budget allocation
Expand Coty’s eCommerce footprint
- Identify and onboard new eCommerce platforms in MEA
- Conduct regular market scans to evaluate emerging trends and competitor strategies
- Explore underdeveloped markets or segments for scalable opportunities
- Develop tailored market-entry strategies for new platform growth
Optimize digital execution and performance
- Own the Platform Master Plan and campaign calendar
- Forecast and track key performance indicators including revenue, traffic, and event ROI
- Ensure consistent, flawless execution of campaigns and brand activations
