We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Segment Manager for Industry & Renewable to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and activating market segment go-to-market strategy as part of the overall Market Segment Execution plan across the Middle East and Africa regions. The Segment Manager will work closely with various Country Leadership teams to drive strategic development and market share in industry and the renewables sector. Segment managers will also play a pivotal role in innovating, executing and measuring go to market programs and initiatives.
How you’ll make an impact
- Working closely with Country MD and Market Mangers to identify business needs, determine key accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources in support of go-to-market activities.
- Developing and executing segments and accounting specific profitable growth strategies and plans, including generating product value propositions and product positioning.
- Developing and Executing channel plan, working closely with Channel Manager to identify, evaluate and develop Channels for long term partnership, be able to conduct analysis on Channel’s activities and take ownership for problems identified.
- Establishing a deep understanding of customer segment and market dynamics,
- Developing trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives,
- Building and monitoring pipelines, be able to forecast and track metrics.

Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years’ sales experience in electrical power equipment
- industry.
- A master’s degree in business or engineering is desirable, but not essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for both direct and indirect teams.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrate ability to confront tough issues and contribute to collaborative solutions.
- Experience in delivering client focus solutions to customer needs.
- Able to juggle multiple account management projects at the same time.
