The Role
- Process and maintain accurate reinsurance policy documentation, endorsements, and contracts.
- Support the placement and renewal of reinsurance by coordinating with brokers, clients, and insurers.
- Input and update data in internal systems to ensure policy records are complete and compliant.
- Monitor and track key dates, deliverables, and documentation to meet client and regulatory deadlines.
- Assist with premium processing, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts as needed.
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding policy details and documentation.
The Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English – Arabic)
- Comfortable working with data and documentation.
- A willingness to learn about insurance and reinsurance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (e.g., insurance, finance, business administration)
