In Charge of the Network process for HSE policy and related reference documents are properly understood and enforced (directives, rules, specifications, procedures) simplified as possible for Service stations via spot visits, Risk Assessments, .. etc.
Participate in HSE regular meetings across various TOTAL owned and operated stations COCO/CODO & DODO.
Participate in the explaining of reference documents (directives, rules, specifications, procedures).
Act as HSE focal point for retail, providing support in all HSE matter and following up on the safety of the operations, activity, processes, and projects in service stations.
Assist in the implementation of action plan for Work control procedures.
Conduct preliminary visits and prevention plans for all activities in service stations (projects, maintenance).
Contributing to the process of the evaluation of contractors according to ICC.
Conclude the ICC evaluation with the full report to proceed in the actions.
Follow up on all action plans related to various audits and inspects (EVARISK, Visits Reports, ICC, etc.…)
Ensure preparedness of operational sites & SS for emergency situations via training and exercise plans.
Participate in the reporting systems (RAMSES reports, HSE KPI’s, incidents, accidents, anomalies and Stop cards).
Facilitate the incident, accident and anomaly investigations and analyses.
Follow-up the execution of corrective actions determined after incident, accident, audit, and inspections analyses.
Conduct safety and environment instructions at sites and reporting the results of all audits, analysis and recommended action plans.
Preparing HSE gap analysis for the network (HSE findings for assets and network operations).
Review stations/sites emergency plan and participate in fire and evacuation drills at service station, head office.
Conducting fire and evacuation drills at all COCO and CNG service stations.
Promotes HSE culture by any means of internal communication: Posters, meetings, seminars …etc.
