We’re supporting a global SaaS company with 300+ customers in 40+ countries. Their platform is used by tech and finance teams to optimize cloud infrastructure, and the company is remote-first with 80+ people across EMEA and North America.
They’re now hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to own metrics, tooling, and forecasting across the entire customer journey — from lead to deal to renewal. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and the RevOps Lead.
🛠 What You’ll Work On
- Analyze pipeline performance and funnel conversion rates
- Build dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance
- Support GTM teams with forecasting, segmentation, and lead scoring
- Manage and improve tools like HubSpot, Notion, and product analytics
🎯 First 3–6 Month Focus
- Deliver new dashboards for marketing efficiency and sales velocity
- Surface clear insights into funnel bottlenecks and drop-offs
- Improve how customer data flows across tools and reporting systems
✅ Who They’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in revenue/sales ops, analytics, or growth
- Strong spreadsheet and BI skills (e.g. Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Understanding of B2B SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, pipeline, etc.)
- Strong communication and a proactive mindset
- Based in EMEA and fluent in English
