The RDI Consultant will be responsible for supporting and growing the relationship with a portfolio of industry-specific clients within the Strategic and Enterprise client segment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Role will include understanding each client’s annual compensation cycle in order to secure survey participation and supporting the client on utilization of our surveys and software as an important component to their compensation planning efforts. In addition, the job holder will also deliver training on our client web-based delivery and analytics tools and client webinars and other relationship-expanding duties as required. This position requires product sales and servicing experience, a high desire to learn, self-motivation, and an in-depth understanding of how our survey data influences compensation planning.
