Responsibilities:
- RPA Development:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Robotic Process Automation solutions using industry-leading RPA platforms (UiPath and Power Automate) and the ability to learn new tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation opportunities.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of RPA developers.
- Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for RPA development.
- Process Assessment and Automation Feasibility:
- Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
- Work closely with business units to prioritize processes for automation based on impact and complexity.
- Bot Maintenance and Support:
- Implement enhancements and optimizations to create, deploy, and improve bot performance.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain version control for RPA codebase.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
