Job Summary

Cognizant is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to form an integral part of the continued rapid growth of Cognizant in Saudi, expanding our global service portfolio from Integration, Technology and Outsourcing services for large accounts in Tech & Telco. The role will involve daily exposure to our clients and Cognizant senior management. Reporting into our Client Partner and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role offers hybrid work-model and will imply regular client visits in Riyadh, KSA.

Client Relationship Managers are key contributors to commercial side of Cognizant IT and Consulting Business. CRM will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. They support and report into the Client Partner and act as business owners for assigned accounts, leading the day-to-day activities and P&L of these accounts. The CRM works with delivery teams to enhance backlog, optimizing the resource mix and navigating scope changes to ensure client expectations are met. They work towards establishing a positive client experience by conducting client meetings. A CRM's shared measures are signing, revenue and margins of the accounts.

What are you looking for?

 

  • Client Engagement and Growth: Develop and manage relationships with existing clients in Saudi Arabia, identifying new opportunities and expanding current engagements.
  • New Business Development: Penetrate accounts where Cognizant’s brand is not yet established, showcasing our capabilities and delivering value propositions that resonate with client needs.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, ensuring the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams to meet client requirements. Proficient in handling RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information) within an international context.
  • Opportunity Management: Drive the end-to-end business development process, coordinating with delivery, technical, and pre-sales teams to align solutions with client expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop go-to-market strategies tailored for the banking and insurance segments, aligning business objectives with market opportunities.
