Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow sales across key accounts within the Saudi HVACR market, meeting and exceeding monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs, consultants, end-users, and retailers, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Execute sales and market strategies to drive Copeland’s market participation and penetration across KSA.
- Stay ahead of market trends and technological developments, gathering insights from key players in the industry to inform strategy and product positioning.
- Champion the introduction of new products and solutions, helping customers transition to energy-efficient, sustainable technologies while displacing competitor offerings.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and competitive analysis to internal teams.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to deliver market-specific solutions tailored to local needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key HVAC regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and influence future industry developments.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- 3 to 5 years experience in the HVACR industry, with a proven track record in technical sales within the Saudi market.
