Overview of the Role
Are you ready to accelerate your career in the heavy commercial vehicle industry? FAMCO UAE is looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead Volvo Trucks sales across government, fleet, and private sectors. Based in Dubai, this role is key to expanding our market presence and delivering total solutions including finance, insurance, Volvo Connect, and service contracts.
What You Will Do
• Achieve monthly unit sales targets for Volvo Trucks and contribute to revenue, gross margin, and market share goals.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Product Manager to set and meet monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Develop and maintain accurate weekly sales and gross margin forecasts.
• Monitor sales progression and take proactive actions to meet targets.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver compelling proposals that drive business growth.
Required Skills to Be Successful
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in Heavy Commercial Vehicles; UAE experience is a plus.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Financial awareness and business acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Customer-centric mindset with a results-driven approach.
