The Sales Excellence Lead is responsible for coordinating sales support, training, process improvement, and sales data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team. This role involves providing day-to-day assistance to sales representatives, developing training programs, optimizing sales processes, and maintaining sales materials. Additionally, the Sales Excellence Lead will analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and manage customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support Coordination
• Provide day-to-day support to sales team members, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with sales-related tasks
• Serve as a point of contact for sales representatives, offering guidance, resources, and assistance as needed
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer support, product development) to ensure seamless support for sales initiatives.
• Ensure that sales team members have access to the necessary information and tools to perform their roles effectively
Training and Onboarding
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new and existing sales team members
• Facilitate onboarding processes to help new hires become productive members of the sales team quickly
• Offer ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals
