We are currently seeking a KSA Sales Manager to lead the Project Sales function in the Saudi market. This high-impact role is responsible for driving business growth, setting and achieving sales targets, and building a strong sales pipeline in the projects channel. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, deep market knowledge in KSA, and strong experience in the building materials sector.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies and business plans for the Projects Channel in KSA.
- Forecast and plan expected sales volumes, revenues, and profitability.
- Lead, inspire, and grow the project sales team to exceed set targets and KPIs.
Sales Operations & Client Development
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding evolving needs.
- Identify emerging opportunities and stay abreast of competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure client-centric offerings.
Reporting & Market Insight
- Present regular reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and market forecasts.
- Continuously monitor the market landscape to adjust plans and stay ahead of trends.
Innovation & Team Enablement
- Implement new sales practices and contribute to change management programs.
- Maximize team performance through coaching, development, and performance management.
