Overview of the Role:
The role is responsible for supporting all operational activities related to data management and reporting, with a key focus on maximizing the use of SAP in day-to-day functions to ensure 100% system integrity
What You Will Do:
• Provide high-level support and act as a key commercial contact for customers, ensuring a strong customer-centric approach is upheld at all times.
• Understand and align with SLA and KPI requirements to consistently exceed customer service expectations.
• Leverage SAP effectively in daily operations to maintain system accuracy and enhance service delivery.
• Foster strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders through clear communication and professional conduct.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the operation, develop actionable plans, and implement solutions to address performance gaps.
• Assist the Operational Teams with the preparation of administrative and HR-related reports.
• Participate in cross-training across all Auto Units departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the full supply chain process.
• Perform clerical and record-keeping tasks as required
