Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental projects.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.).
- Eligible for a cooperative training program as per university guidelines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
