Key Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of civil engineering projects from conception to completion

Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs using AutoCAD, Revit

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations

Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities

Perform structural analysis using ETABS or STAAD.Pro

Oversee construction supervision and resolve on-site technical issues

Prepare progress reports and project documentation

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering (licensed preferred)

5+ years UAE/GCC experience in infrastructure/construction projects

Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, ETABS/STAAD.Pro

Strong knowledge of concrete/steel structures, soil mechanics, and construction methods

Familiarity with Dubai building codes and regulations (DM, DDA, TRAKHEES)

Excellent project management and leadership skills

Professional English communication (Arabic advantageous)
