What you will do:

- Initiate, conduct, and drive complex and high-impact research studies.

- Create and foster the development of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs).

- Engineer and maintain simulation tools, demos, and testbeds with reusable code for wider applications.

- Propel and manage external relations through collaborations and partnerships with other companies or academic institutions.

- Pilot research studies geared towards standardization or regulatory bodies, and influence industry standards and regulations.

- Facilitate the transfer of competencies within Ericsson and promote the use of our research findings within the company.
