Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement an employer branding strategy to strengthen our company's standing as a great place to work
- Manage and curate content for our HR social media pages, including Instagram, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn, to engage current and prospective employees
- Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and promote internal initiatives
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement and employer branding practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
