Key Responsibilities:

 

• Create and implement an employer branding strategy to strengthen our company's standing as a great place to work
• Manage and curate content for our HR social media pages, including Instagram, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn, to engage current and prospective employees
• Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and promote internal initiatives
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
  
  
   

Qualifications: 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement and employer branding practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
