- Participate in forming Learning Strategy and be responsible for Needs Analysis, Partnering with leaders to translate business priorities into targeted learning solutions
- Program Design & Facilitation: Create, design and facilitate blended programs as Classroom, virtual, microlearning programs that engage and inspire
- Integrate new tools and approaches of Learning Innovation such as gamification, social learning, and AI-powered adaptive learning
- Support initiatives that build future leaders and strengthen career pathways through Leadership succession planning and Career Development
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement – Measure effectiveness of Learning and Development programs using learning analytics and impact assessments. Assure making data driven enhancements
- Collaborate closely with managers, HRBPs, and external vendors to ensure learning is relevant, high-quality, and aligned with Bosta Value Proposition
- Oversee the L&D calendar, budget, and records (via LMS) for transparency and efficiency
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or related field
- 5–7 years in L&D, including experience in learning design, facilitation, and strategy execution
- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and blended learning environments
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
- Strong facilitation, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset and experience measuring training ROI
