We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to manage the marketing efforts for a selection of brands within our F&B portfolio. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a deep understanding of the UAE’s F&B scene, a passion for food, and an obsession with data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned brands, covering both delivery and dine-in channels.
- Develop and activate brand campaigns, digital marketing efforts, promotions, influencer partnerships, and new product launches.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (sales, CAC, ROAS, retention, engagement, etc.) to optimize performance and drive growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and culinary, to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and customer experience.
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and relevant creative or media agencies for your assigned brands.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, while adapting messaging for local relevance.
- Support franchise brand marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while optimizing for the UAE market.
- Keep up with market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
