To operate and support network services ensuring optimum service availability and performance. Meet agreed SLAs, customer requirements and contractual agreements.
Technical
- Involved with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and administration of existing or future network infrastructures.
- Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate communication and issue resolutions.
- Perform routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems.
- Monitor the network and report network failures or degradations to more senior team members and the direct manager.
- Run proof of concept deployment and troubleshoot issues to identify and address root causes.
- Follow and maintain ISE network operations and security standards.
- Work on maintaining technical expertise in all areas of network components in operation.
Administrative
- Actively collaborate with other groups in IT Operations to support projects and day-to-day operations.
- Proactively and effectively communicate status, plan-of-action and resolution of reported issues.
- Consistently provide internal and external customers and technology partners with quality support experience.
- Effectively manage case escalations to the Network Operations Manager while maintaining customer communications.
- Provides assistance and guidance to junior team members.
