As a Senior Odoo Developer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our internal platform. You'll focus on developing advanced functionalities, ensuring data integrity, and integrating new technologies to improve both user and merchant experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:  
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules tailored to business needs  
- Design robust, scalable solutions with a focus on performance and data accuracy  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful features  
- Integrate third-party APIs and innovative technologies to extend platform capabilities  
- Lead complex development tasks with minimal supervision, mentoring junior team members  
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to uphold high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience (Odoo v16+ preferred)  
- Strong skills in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL  
- Proven success in designing scalable, customizable modules  
- Deep understanding of Odoo frameworks, ORM, and customization processes  
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance  
- Experience integrating Odoo with third-party APIs and services  
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
