We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience managing end-to-end projects in IT or related domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. A PMP or Agile Scrum certification (one is required) is essential. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive success across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver assigned projects within approved time, budget, scope, and quality parameters.
- Enhance time-to-market by streamlining project execution and delivery processes.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to overcome project challenges and roadblocks.
- Develop and manage detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for IT and business projects.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments and develop response and mitigation strategies.
- Direct and coordinate activities of cross-functional project personnel.
- Assign duties, responsibilities, and authority to team members, ensuring clear accountability.
- Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards, internal controls, and group regulations.
- Create and maintain implementation plans, including cost-benefit and ROI analyses.
- Track and monitor milestones, deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor team performance and provide documented feedback and coaching as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation including objectives, resources, technologies, and timelines.
- Identify and engage vendors or consultants to meet project resource needs.
- Compile and deliver project status reports by collecting and analyzing key performance indicators.
- Review and approve project changes and modifications to scope or plans.
- Facilitate regular communication with project personnel to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and enhancing existing work methods and practices.
- Ensure compliance with all established policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Leverage professional expertise to develop improved delivery mechanisms and strategies.
- Understand and manage functional risks, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
- Draft and update department procedures and desk instructions, obtaining required approvals.
