• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery for pharmaceutical materials, lab
• equipment, and services.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers for Supply Chain Manager approval.
• Generate purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation in ERP system (Odoo).

Vendor Management

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new vendors in alignment with Supply Chain Manager’s strategy.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within authorized thresholds.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues to Supply Chain Manager as needed.

Logistics & Compliance

• Coordinate with logistics teams for timely clearance of imported materials (customs, freight, cold
• chain).
• Ensure all purchases comply with pharmaceutical regulations (SFDA/FDA) and company policies.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement records and documentation.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication

• Partner with scientific and QA teams to proactively anticipate material needs and align procurement with project timelines
• Deliver structured procurement briefings to Supply Chain Manager, highlighting risks, cost opportunities, and supply status.
• Facilitate troubleshooting of critical purchasing challenges in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager and technical teams
• Serve as procurement liaison between operations and finance teams to ensure budget adherence
• Collaborate with QA to validate supplier documentation meets pharmaceutical standards
